Key Responsibilities

  • •Advocate and support the regional IT strategy across sites and business units.
  • •Translate business needs into IT solutions aligned with standards and principles.
  • •Define regional IT roadmaps, including project lifecycle and change management plans.
  • •Oversee people management, performance management, succession planning, training, and education for the distributed team.
  • •Own budgeting and cost control, disaster recovery capabilities, and compliance/SOX controls; represent the region on the IT Leadership Team.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of IT experience with 5-10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology; master’s degree preferred.
  • •Experience leading multiple technology teams.
  • •Experience working in a multinational company with centralized functions and decentralized accountability.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage budgets and project delivery across a global matrix organization.
