Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and improve production equipment, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing.
  • •Provide technical support for modernizing existing production facilities and maintenance-related availability measures.
  • •Select, specify, and procure auxiliary and operating materials in alignment with specialist departments.
  • •Create and maintain order-related technical documents, work instructions, and guidelines, ensuring technical feasibility of customer requirements and internal standards (including cleaning/corrosion protection and packaging/storage/transport).
  • •Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, purchasing, and external service providers to improve processes, equipment, and technical standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in manufacturing or production engineering.
  • •Knowledge in designing fixtures and production equipment (vorrichtungen and betriebsmittel).
  • •Understanding of maintenance processes and plant modernization.
  • •Experience creating technical documentation and work instructions.
