Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance debriefs and records review; define and manage project schedules and resource/parts availability with supply-chain.
  • •Serve as CLS shift leader, coordinating aircraft organizational maintenance activities during home station checks and recurring operations.
  • •Direct, train, and mentor multi-level mechanics/technicians for daily launch/recovery, pre/post-flight, maintenance, and servicing tasks.
  • •Use maintenance knowledge to evaluate issues, perform root cause analysis, and initiate corrective actions while tracking quality metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Air Force procedures/processes, technical orders, and maintenance information systems (e.g., G081).
