Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage delivery of key new regulatory requirements, critical enhancements, and associated processes and control frameworks.
  • •Own medium/long-term project planning and day-to-day task tracking, monitoring risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Execute end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects within an Agile change program.
  • •Manage stakeholders and teams across multiple global locations including the US, UK, Ireland, and France.
  • •Project manage major initiatives for the strategic build-out of finance systems and regulatory reporting infrastructure in India.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of experience delivering complex initiatives end-to-end using strong project management practices.
  • •Proven experience delivering finance regulatory reporting solutions and processes.
  • •Understanding of high-profile regulations including FinRep, CoRep, and AnaCredit.
  • •Excellent communication skills to manage senior stakeholders and provide leadership updates.
  • •Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies inherent in regulatory change delivery.
