Own core product surfaces—from core app to search and documents—and drive user-focused prioritization for sophisticated finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product areas across Rogo's surfaces end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and iteration
•Translate powerful agent capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful interfaces
•Own the experience across the core application, search, document and file experience, and tools/plugins used daily
•Drive information architecture, flows, and the last ten percent of polish in close partnership with design
•Prototype and build to decide what is worth shipping, collaborating with engineering and design to unblock the team continuously

Key Requirements

•Strong product management or startup product experience, with a track record of shipping polished, design-forward software at a high-growth startup or best-in-class product company
•Exceptional product and visual taste, with strong information-architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design
•Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI
•A technical foundation; you ship code or prototypes and can go deep with engineers (degree in CS, math, or engineering is a plus)
•Finance experience is a plus; strong generalist product crafters are welcome
