Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas across Rogo's surfaces end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and iteration
  • •Translate powerful agent capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful interfaces
  • •Own the experience across the core application, search, document and file experience, and tools/plugins used daily
  • •Drive information architecture, flows, and the last ten percent of polish in close partnership with design
  • •Prototype and build to decide what is worth shipping, collaborating with engineering and design to unblock the team continuously

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product management or startup product experience, with a track record of shipping polished, design-forward software at a high-growth startup or best-in-class product company
  • •Exceptional product and visual taste, with strong information-architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design
  • •Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI
  • •A technical foundation; you ship code or prototypes and can go deep with engineers (degree in CS, math, or engineering is a plus)
  • •Finance experience is a plus; strong generalist product crafters are welcome
