Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete field inspections and related tasks (maps/aerial photos, measurements) for complex crop loss claims.

  • •Complete claim reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters as assigned.
  • •Ensure legal compliance by maintaining working knowledge of regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Salary: USD 21.28 - 30.87 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of experience in the agricultural area.
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
  • •Must live and service within a 50-mile area of specified South Carolina counties (Calhoun, Clarendon, Darlington, Florence, Georgetown, Lee, Orangeburg, Sumter, and/or Williamsburg).
  • •Ability to complete field inspections, including reading maps/aerial photos, measuring fields and storage bins, and meeting physical field requirements.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation with travel within the territory.
