Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage a portfolio of monetizable NACS services by identifying client needs, market opportunities, and differentiated capabilities.
  • •Define service portfolio strategy and roadmap, including offer architecture, target segments, and value propositions.
  • •Establish tiered service models and design segment-specific go-to-market strategies with VCA and global CS teams.
  • •Develop pricing and packaging strategies, commercial enablement assets, and operating mechanisms (sales plays, pitch materials, discovery tools, proposals, contracting pathways, training).
  • •Own the revenue performance framework, lead portfolio/revenue reviews, and create feedback loops to improve performance and product-market fit.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8+ with an Advanced Degree; or 3+ with a PhD).
  • •Demonstrated experience in commercial strategy, portfolio management, pricing, go-to-market, and revenue growth in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • •Proven ability to translate client needs and market insights into differentiated offerings, value propositions, pricing/packaging, sales plays, and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • •Experience developing and implementing strategic programs in business operations or management consulting.
  • •Experience with payments/fintech or a related industry, plus strong commercial and financial acumen (unit economics, margin management, revenue forecasting).
