Job Summary

Partner closely with the CEO and COO as a high-ownership operations generalist. You’ll own customer success and onboarding from getting new customers live through adoption, health tracking, and expansion. As you gain context, drive critical company priorities including operational and financial reporting, go-to-market experiments, fundraising support, and structural/legal workstreams. You’ll analyze complex cross-functional systems, spot gaps and risks, and deliver clear documentation and recommendations.

•Partner directly with the CEO and COO on the highest-impact priorities across the business.
•Own customer success and onboarding: onboarding onto the platform, driving adoption, monitoring health, and expanding accounts.
•Understand complex systems across product, sales, finance, and operations and move fluidly between them.
•Identify and resolve gaps, inefficiencies, and risks before they become visible problems.
•Build operational and financial reporting, customer-health tracking, and the processes needed as the company scales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 30,000 - 50,000 annually
