Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the APAC Compliance Team to deliver Compliance Transformation and Automation projects across APAC.
  • •Work with APAC Data Science, Operational Excellence, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and support functional design.
  • •Assist with development of workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Support solution testing, deployment, documentation, user adoption, training, and communications.
  • •Participate in “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process requirements/optimization sessions with users.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • •Experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, M365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
  • •Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate (and SharePoint content management).
  • •Strong interest in business analysis for IT/non-IT projects, process reengineering, AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  • •Good analytical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; strong written and spoken English communication.
