Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify sales opportunities that address client needs, managing activity from identification through point of sale and post-trade processes.
  • •Serve and manage relationships for a strategic and/or focus multinational client portfolio, including transactional clients served via e-platforms when required.
  • •Provide day-to-day sales coverage across the Corporate Sales offering suite and support team members in doing the same.
  • •Develop trusted client relationships to drive revenue growth and deeper product penetration, including cross-sell and cross-border opportunities.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to service client needs, champion relevant service offerings for efficiency/profitability, and ensure outsourced activities meet SLA requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as a Global Markets corporate sales professional.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Global Markets and relevant products, including local regulations, regulatory requirements, market practices, and business trends.
  • •Experience handling local commercial banking or corporate clients in South China (preferred).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong people interaction; Cantonese speaker preferred.
  • •Strong operational risk management and attention to detail, with ability to work independently under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
