Job Summary

Process daily accounting transactions across Flow’s KSA property portfolio, including AP/AR sub-ledger reconciliation, vendor/customer invoicing, and payment application. Ensure vendor invoices meet ZATCA e-invoicing requirements, maintain accurate financial records, and support weekly payment runs and month-end close activities. Partner with Leasing, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve overdue balances and discrepancies while assisting the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller with timely, accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Process vendor invoices with appropriate supporting documentation and ensure compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements before posting.
•Prepare weekly payment runs and maintain accurate vendor records.
•Reconcile the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger monthly and resolve discrepancies.
•Issue tenant and customer invoices on time with complete supporting documentation and apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
•Record daily journal entries, bank transactions, and month-end accruals; perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•1–3 years of general accounting experience, with real estate or property management experience as a plus.
•Basic knowledge of IFRS principles and Saudi Arabian VAT and ZATCA regulations.
•Proficient in Excel, including data entry, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
•Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
