Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and negotiate customer agreements to support revenue-generating and commercialization activities across Asia.
  • •Advise field sales on complex sales transactions to help close deals.
  • •Maintain and update legal templates to ensure compliance with evolving laws while supporting global consistency.
  • •Provide legal counsel as a subject matter expert on technology, product portfolio, and security/compliance architecture and local standards.
  • •Partner with Finance, Information Security, and Product to align and enforce contracting processes and policies across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of commercial legal transactional experience focused on complex technology transactions in the Asia market.
  • •Minimum of four years of technology transactions experience, either at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • •Demonstrated ability drafting and negotiating cloud software sell-side transactions with enterprise companies across Asia, including data privacy and data sovereignty requirements.
  • •Relevant experience with SaaS commercial transactions, including consumption and commit-based business models and enterprise sales cadence.
  • •LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized law school, qualified to practice law in Singapore.
