Practice Operations Manager

Lead day-to-day operations for Amae’s Pasadena and San Fernando Valley clinics, serving as an operational partner to the Clinic Director. Drive service delivery alignment across locations by owning people, systems, and processes—hiring, training, scheduling, vendor coordination, regulatory documentation, and KPI monitoring. Collaborate across clinical and centralized teams to deliver a best-in-class member experience while continuously improving clinic operations as new technologies and practices are implemented.
