Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • •Own the store’s commercial success by monitoring store performance results, objectives, and action plans.
  • •Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
  • •Lead service by example, maximizing time spent selling and leading on the sales floor.
