Job Summary

Serve as a technical bridge between Sales and pre-sales customers, guiding solution selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security offerings. Provide leadership in security architecture, influence customer technical strategy, and deliver engaging technical demonstrations. Build relationships with customers and channel partners, stay current on product/technology updates, and support onboarding and customer success throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Bridge Sales and pre-sales customers by helping guide solution selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions.
•Provide security architecture leadership and influence the customer’s technical strategy based on their needs, risks, tolerance, and technology gaps.
•Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and present complex technical issues in a clear, meaningful way for all levels of an organization.
•Collaborate with regional/global product and product marketing teams for the latest product and technology know-how, and provide internal updates to sales staff.
•Support customer and prospect training, work with technical support to ensure quality, and contribute to best practices and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering high-quality pre-sales support and solutions with customer-focused value.
•Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust.
•Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Azure, plus familiarity with Google and AWS services.
•Exposure to security software areas such as firewalls, content security, intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage/data protection, and monitoring security.
•Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
