Assist in shaping Singapore Airlines’ talent management strategy by supporting identification, development, and retention of key talent. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners on succession planning, high-potential identification, and workforce analytics. Own procurement and integration of assessment tools, coordinate learning solutions with L&D and external vendors, and leverage Gen AI to enhance processes and reporting. Drive continuous improvement in talent programs aligned with organizational needs.
