Provide a consumer-first experience by styling customers, recommending looks based on current trends and promotions, and promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, support store operations including cash handling and merchandise processes (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment), and follow Levi’s store procedures. Collaborate with store management on elevated issues while maintaining standards and driving performance.
