Drive engineering function performance improvement and continuous improvement initiatives for the A220 commercial aircraft programme. You’ll conduct analyses, coordinate cross-functional operational projects, and support Engineering Leadership with interventions and high-level summaries. Working within the Transverse Engineering team, you’ll challenge existing methods to foster continuous development while following up on defined actions and investigating specific topics. The role is based in Mirabel in the greater Montreal area.
