Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-coating operations including surface preparation and masking duties.
  • •Remove parts from fixtures, remove masking, troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning coating equipment.
  • •Perform minor repairs on coating equipment where applicable.
  • •Conduct deburring, blending, polishing countersinking, grinding, drilling, or grit blast operations using hand and power tools on aerospace engine components.
  • •Perform total preventive maintenance, verify parts meet visual and dimensional requirements using precision measuring equipment, and refer difficulties to leaders or supervisors.
