Job Summary

Provide analytical and administrative support for initiatives within the Legal Specialty Commercial Banking segment. Develop and maintain business reporting, portfolio and pipeline insights, and management materials to help leadership decisions. Act as a subject-matter resource for commercial banking products and processes relevant to law firm clients, while supporting strategic projects, market research, and process improvement to strengthen operational effectiveness and client coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and analyze periodic business reports and management materials on business performance, portfolio trends, pipeline activity, and system usage.
•Serve as a subject-matter resource for commercial banking products and services relevant to law firms, including credit structures, treasury management, deposit products, pricing, and risk considerations.
•Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of divisional initiatives and projects by collaborating with relationship managers and cross-functional partners.
•Conduct ongoing research on the legal industry and law firm business models to support portfolio strategy and internal planning.
•Support process improvement and operational effectiveness by enhancing reporting/workflows, coordinating operational tasks, and assisting with training on new systems or programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or marketing (or equivalent education and training).
•Six or more years of experience in an analytical role within the financial services industry, or participation in an enterprise-sponsored Leadership Development Program.
•Demonstrated project management and coordination skills in a professional or financial services environment.
•Strong quantitative analysis and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
