Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead environmental planning projects and guide multidisciplinary teams within the Transportation division.
  • •Prepare environmental documentation for project delivery and provide client/agency consultations.
  • •Schedule project deliverables with engineering milestones and advise on priorities, timelines, and funding sources.
  • •Perform QA/QC on environmental deliverables and manage cross-disciplinary schedules to meet regulatory requirements.
  • •Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support NEPA documents and permit applications; present findings to senior management and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS Environmental, Ecology, Biology, Engineering or related field.
  • •8 years of related environmental planning experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience with SC Department of Transportation and SC state and federal agencies; including 3 years working with SCDOT and state and federal agencies tasked with regulatory requirements for transportation projects in SC.
