Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve product data quality, consistency, and fidelity across the product lifecycle through master data governance.
  • •Define and govern SKU creation and extension processes, standardize intake workflows across systems and business units, and streamline product setup with data stewards and system owners.
  • •Lead process standardization and enterprise-wide process improvements and automation opportunities, including change control and continuous improvement programs.
  • •Support product operations activities including governance and compliance for new product development, portfolio management, product data management, and commercial launch readiness.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis with corrective actions, and build executive reporting and operating systems for product operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with experience improving data fidelity and driving actionable outcomes.
  • •5+ years of experience in Product Management, Offering Management, Product Operations, or Product Master Data Management.
  • •5+ years of experience leading process improvement, program management, or business transformation initiatives.
  • •Experience in Product Master Data and/or Product Management.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional work to identify and assess business impact and prioritize initiatives.
