Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain forecasting models, planning assumptions, and ensure financial data integrity across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • •Analyze actual performance vs. forecast, identify key drivers and variances, and translate findings into business insights.
  • •Prepare financial and operational performance reporting to support leadership reviews and decisions.
  • •Partner with Operations to understand operational drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Develop recurring reports and dashboards using automation and advanced analytics; collaborate on inventory, costing, and variance initiatives while ensuring compliance with financial governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • •At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
  • •Experience with SAP, Power BI, BI tools, or similar reporting platforms (advantage).
