Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-accuracy revenue and operating profit forecasts with strong short-term performance tracking.
  • •Own the monthly performance package, including KPI scorecards, margin bridges, variance analysis, and executive recommendations.
  • •Build and maintain driver-based models for revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow tied to business levers.
  • •Maintain SaaS/ARR reporting frameworks including NRR, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV, and unit economics.
  • •Lead annual budgeting and multi-scenario planning, including sensitivity analysis for pricing, GTM investment, headcount, and support M&A diligence/integration modeling.

Key Requirements

  • •6-9 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environment.
  • •Strong fluency in SaaS/subscription metrics and driver-based forecasting (ARR, MRR, NRR, cohorts, CAC/LTV, unit economics).
  • •Ability to build and maintain sophisticated, audit-ready operating models connecting financial signals to business levers.
  • •Comfort working in a lean, resource-constrained environment with imperfect data and undefined processes.
  • •Some exposure to M&A diligence and/or integration modeling in a supporting capacity; advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling with SQL strongly preferred.
