Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve payroll problems, answer inquiries, and enforce payroll policies.
  • •Serve as the primary coordination point for payroll-related inquiries via the Payroll Services Outlook inbox and delegate tasks as needed.
  • •Lead the semi-monthly salary payroll process in Dayforce, including maintenance, adjustments, reimbursements, and general ledger posting.
  • •Lead the bi-weekly hourly payroll process in Dayforce, including maintenance, adjustments, timecards, overtime items, reimbursements, and general ledger posting; print and save per-pay reports and distribute checks.
  • •Compile and administer funding for HSA, FSA, transit, and charitable donation programs, including uploading file feeds to vendors, and perform monthly accounting tasks like OT reports and stale check follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Thorough knowledge of the payroll process and payroll tax laws.
  • •1 to 2 years of payroll experience required.
  • •Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • •Strong organizational skills to prioritize numerous tasks under time constraints.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Excel and experience with Dayforce payroll system is preferred.
