Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day Data Management Cell activities for aircraft maintenance within the MOF, coordinating with maintenance support organisations and internal/external agencies. Maintain documentation and engineering data standards, manage implementation of modifications and technical instructions, and supervise data QA checks and electronic deliverables. Prepare and present maintenance status to senior RSAF officers, monitor technical queries, and support aircraft acceptance/departure from a data and paperwork perspective.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise Data Management training and day-to-day activities within the MOF area of responsibility.
•Ensure continuing airworthiness and maintenance activities are executed according to current processes and procedures by appropriately authorised personnel.
•Maintain documentation and data standards in aircraft engineering and servicing; supervise management of non-secret electronic deliverable data (e.g., UMP).
•Monitor and dispatch technical queries to relevant agencies and maintain squadron registers; ensure electronic F700 QA and data QA checks are completed and documented.
•Supervise acceptance and departure of aircraft from the squadron from a data and paperwork perspective, including delegated health and safety responsibilities.

Key Requirements

•Educated to HNC level (or recognised equivalent) or have relevant experience supported by formal, recorded workplace training.
•Demonstrable experience supervising Data Management on a busy, military operational flying unit.
•Completed a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship (industry/military) related to aircraft systems.
•Previous ESS experience with a formal 'Q' annotation and extensive post-qualification experience supporting military fast-jet maintenance in an operational environment.
•Fluent in English and able to communicate, influence, and coordinate multiple activities with strong attention to detail.
