Lead, DC Operations- Day Shift Case Reserve (Spartanburg, SC, US)

Support warehouse/DC operations leadership by managing labor allocation, leading meetings, assigning duties, and coaching up to 50 hourly associates. Use warehouse tools (RF guns and computer kiosks) to update transactions in the WMS and log activities in the Labor Management module. Model and enforce SOPs, monitor work flows and dwell times, drive shift performance, and participate in Lean Six Sigma to improve processes while maintaining a safe, positive environment.
