•Lead and develop a team of mid-market outbound SDRs - hiring, coaching, performance management, and career growth.
•Own the outbound engine, setting pipeline targets, refining ICP, and ensuring the team consistently generates quality opportunities for Account Executives.
•Partner with our GTM engineer to design and ship new outbound campaigns and workflows - from intent-signal sourcing to AI-assisted personalisation to automated follow-up sequences.
•Stay ahead of the curve: evaluate new tools and approaches continuously, run experiments, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
•Set the standard for quality over volume - coaching SDRs to prioritise relevance and insight in every touchpoint rather than spray-and-pray cadences.

Salary: GBP 62,000 - 76,000 annually
