Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot corporate network systems.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and support cloud, LAN, WAN, and WLAN network infrastructure in complex local and global environments.
  • •Identify and expand corporate private and public cloud network services, features, and capabilities.
  • •Create and collaborate on network design documentation ensuring security compliance, scalable infrastructure, and highly available operations.
  • •Provide shift-based continuous monitoring and Tiers 2/3 support for global network performance, including participation in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer-related curriculum and 2 years of networking and operating system design, test, and maintenance experience, or an AA degree and 3+ years (or equivalent related experience).
  • •Minimum 2 years supporting and maintaining complex network environments.
  • •Knowledge of firewalls, routers, Layer 2/3 switches (Cisco/Arista), VPCs, VLANs, WiFi, cryptography, and wireless technologies.
  • •Basic understanding of networking concepts (ACLs, VLANs, DNS, IP addressing, routing) and WAN/LAN/WLAN and network security fundamentals.
  • •Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and capability to create/document and follow processes and procedures.
