Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and evaluate strategic alliance opportunities across technology, regulatory, distribution, and co-investment categories
  • •Structure and negotiate alliance agreements including JVs, co-distribution, technology licensing, and co-investment frameworks
  • •Build and maintain relationships with alliance partners in institutional finance and crypto infrastructure
  • •Coordinate with the Head of Legal on alliance agreement terms and IP implications
  • •Maintain the alliances pipeline and produce regular reporting for the executive team
