Strategic Alliances Manager

Own Mintlayer’s strategic alliances across technology, regulatory, distribution, and co-investment. Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, structure and negotiate agreements (JVs, co-distribution, technology licensing, co-investment frameworks), and build durable relationships with institutional finance and crypto infrastructure partners. Develop alliance ROI evaluation frameworks, coordinate with Legal on terms and IP implications, maintain a reporting pipeline for executives, and represent Mintlayer in industry working groups and conferences.
