Act as the subject matter expert for mortgage and related asset applications, providing back-end processing support through the e-2-e sourcing-to-disbursal flow. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitor application status, support channel partners with coaching, and drive cross-sell referrals while maintaining operational effectiveness and fraud control.
