Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and provide a positive delivery experience.
  • •Load/unload vehicles, inspect the car-hauler for safe operation, and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely while performing ongoing safety checks and vehicle handoffs.
  • •Support consistent availability and coverage across rotating days off and scheduled shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires grasping/carrying/lifting/pushing/pulling of items up to 50 lbs and frequent driving with excellent visual acuity.
