Key Responsibilities

•Define and build the IA Security roadmap with the Data Office & Services.
•Secure deployment of AI technologies across the organization and integrate IA into the security stack.
•Contribute to policies, guides and standards for secure AI usage (LLMs, RAG, guardrails).
•Integrate security controls in the AI model lifecycle (data, model provenance, ML security, secrets management).
•Lead security exercises and awareness programs on AI risks for stakeholders and ensure training for cyber teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor-level or higher in cybersecurity and/or data science or related field
•Minimum 7 years experience in cybersecurity with at least 2 years on AI/ML topics
•Experience delivering production AI projects, not just labs/POCs
•Strong proactive learning mindset with ability to keep up with cyber and AI topics
•Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and evangelize good practices to data scientists and developers
