Job Summary

Lead TikTok LIVE local operations by setting guidelines and strategy for agencies, influencers, users, campaigns, and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with local content providers to grow the Live+ ecosystem, and plan/launch LIVE streaming campaigns based on trending topics and events. Own platform/agency/anchor management to improve user growth, retention, consumption, and ARPU, while drafting related agency/talent/influencer policies and negotiating contracts with content partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Introduce, manage, and develop platform/agencies/platform anchors to drive user growth, retention, consumption, and ARPU.
•Draft and revise policies for agencies/talents/influencers, and negotiate contracts with content partners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in a B2B or Partnership role.
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
•Experience working with or having connections in modeling, media, TV, celebrities, and live-streaming applications.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen.
