Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the data warehouse, including documentation and quality assurance.
  • •Create and maintain dbt models for transforming and modeling data in the DWH.
  • •Advance AI tooling adoption in the team (e.g., Claude Code) across code review, ETL streams, and quality assurance.
  • •Own and ensure data delivery, maintenance, and data quality for benefits/claims processes.
  • •Collaborate with specialist departments to analyze requirements, coordinate qualified data deliveries, and expand self-service reporting systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics, or a comparable field.
  • •Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence environments.

  • •Experience implementing and using BI/reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI).
