Development Engineering Supervisor

Supervise the daily production of photovoltaic modules, coupons, and/or E-plates on the pilot line, ensuring quality, throughput, and cost-efficient execution. Coordinate on-the-job training, maintain production and associate records, manage inventory accuracy, and use internal development engineering software and tracking systems. Apply 5S and Theory of Constraints (TOC) to eliminate downtime constraints, support continuous improvement, evaluate manufacturing processes, and coordinate with development engineers and other supervisors.
