Key Responsibilities

•Lead for assessing client needs, designing solutions and negotiating with insurance carriers to obtain coverage that aligns with client objectives.
•Develop and manage client relationships, account strategies and insurance marketing activities for a book of business.
•Act as primary negotiator to obtain the most effective insurance programs addressing client needs, with autonomy on complex accounts.
•Collaborate with Team Leaders, Producers, Account Executives and other client-facing team members to deliver client solutions.
•Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to development of department policies and growth of personal book of business.

Salary: USD 118,700 - 197,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3+ years of financial lines insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience with a concentration on Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime and Special Risk.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of proven experience.
•Proven client-facing skills including effective presentations and communications.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products; strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
•Must maintain appropriate broker’s license and ability to work from a Denver, CO office.
