Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership for managing the support experience of strategic accounts and act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Lead a data-driven approach to inform and improve operational efficiency and tailor support for customers.
•Collaborate with and coordinate cross-functional teams (technical support, engineering, product management, and account teams) to resolve incidents and escalations.
•Drive incident reviews and implement resulting process improvements.
•Manage long-term problem prevention to resolve systemic issues and reduce recurrence.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in a technical support, account management, or customer success role with hands-on exposure to enterprise customers.
•Strong understanding of how the internet works (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL) and content delivery networks.
•Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity incident management, and attack mitigation techniques.
•Proven ability to manage crises, incidents, and escalations with a data-driven, process-oriented approach.
•Fluency in English and French; empathetic, proactive, and customer-focused.
