Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary finance focal for the 737 Quality organization and interface with the Senior Director, 737 Quality, and other Quality leadership.
  • •Manage annual budgeting, including monthly performance reporting and Opportunity & Risk (O&R), plus annual budget development.
  • •Coordinate with program customers for accurate financial system inputs and conduct variance analysis.
  • •Integrate with the 737 program CFO and work with Financial Planning to support program financial needs.
  • •Handle ad hoc executive requests and drive process improvements through the Financial Analysis team’s transformation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales).
  • •3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, linking worksheets).
  • •3+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership.
  • •Successful candidates must complete the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
