Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to core HR operations including advisory and engagement via phone/chat, complex case management, operational excellence, and strategic collaboration.
•Provide high-quality HR advisory and engagement for employee and manager inquiries using a diagnostic approach.
•Assist in resolving complex employee issues through research and careful handling of sensitive information.
•Identify and recommend process enhancements to streamline HR operations and improve the employee experience.
•Collaborate across U.S. People Services teams to ensure consistent stakeholder experiences and share continuous improvement insights.
