Job Summary

Support MEP operations across multiple sites by coordinating with supervisors, team leaders, and technicians to ensure safe, compliant service delivery. Review and follow up on work orders using CAFM/CMMS, help identify recurring issues, coordinate with vendors and OEMs during maintenance/commissioning, and assist with small upgrades. Track task progress, maintain tool and spare parts inventory, prepare technical reports, and support budget/resource planning for facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in managing daily MEP tasks and support technicians across multiple disciplines.
•Review and follow up on work orders using CAFM systems to ensure timely, accurate completion.
•Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for maintenance, shutdowns, and commissioning activities.
•Support small-scale projects and system upgrades, and help identify recurring issues with practical solutions.
•Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety documents, track progress, and prepare technical reports and asset condition summaries.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
•2–3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
•Basic understanding of LV electrical systems, HVAC (chilled water and DX), and plumbing setups.
•Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
•Experience or training using CAFM/CMMS systems for work orders.
