Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end AI product ownership: set vision and roadmap, define requirements, prioritize the backlog, support delivery, and drive post-launch measurement and optimization.
  • •Shape the AI roadmap by partnering with business, technology, data, risk, and program leaders to evaluate opportunities and recommend priorities.
  • •Translate AI opportunities (including generative AI) into product outcomes by turning complex technical concepts into clear strategies, requirements, and recommendations.
  • •Champion responsible AI by partnering with legal, compliance, information security, model risk, privacy, and governance teams to ensure safe and transparent operation.
  • •Drive adoption and change through change management planning (communications, training resources, implementation plans, and feedback mechanisms) and measure product performance via success metrics and user feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related product leadership role.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing, launching, or managing enterprise AI-enabled products in a production environment.
  • •Take an enterprise AI-enabled product capability through multiple stages of the product lifecycle (e.g., discovery through adoption and optimization).
  • •Working knowledge of AI product concepts, opportunities, limitations, and risks; able to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science/ML, architecture, security, risk, and legal/business teams.
