Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor work queues and proactively identify, analyze, and log incidents and problems before they escalate.
  • •Review client requests and tickets; resolve medium-complexity incidents and requests efficiently while updating ticket actions taken.
  • •Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure services are restored in line with SLAs and execute changes with clear risk identification and mitigation plans.
  • •Perform shift handover activities by highlighting key tickets and upcoming critical tasks for the next shift; escalate when needed to CoE and other teams.
  • •Collaborate with automation teams to automate routine tasks and establish monitoring; support change management, quality audits, trend analysis, and disaster recovery tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with networking technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus switches/routers/firewalls.
  • •At least one technical certification in the above-mentioned technologies.
  • •Strong planning skills to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • •Ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures and groups, with active listening and client-centric communication.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
