Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end coordination of Major Capital Equipment (MCE) from procurement and order placement through delivery, installation, commissioning, and ready-for-service handover.
  • •Act as the primary on-site interface between procurement, construction, commissioning, design, commercial teams, and equipment suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • •Drive supplier coordination, issue resolution, schedule management, field support, and commissioning readiness across multiple equipment packages and stakeholders.
  • •Provide visibility and escalation management for equipment-related risks, delays, defects, resource constraints, and supplier performance issues to keep projects on track.
  • •Produce formal project status reports, forecast and update key milestones and budget, and monitor approved design standards and project governance processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively with the broader team.
  • •Experience coordinating complex equipment packages through the full project lifecycle (not purely procurement or construction).
  • •Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure equipment, or data center systems to engage suppliers, engineers, and commissioning teams.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
