Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, execute, and continuously evolve enterprise logistics strategies and programs to optimize inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
  • •Build and manage carrier performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and real-time reporting, using data analytics to drive operational improvements and resilience.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing and carrier partnerships through RFP management, contract negotiations, rate and tariff optimization, and performance governance with third-party providers.
  • •Expand and optimize global logistics and transportation networks for freight, e-commerce, and complex industrial project needs by onboarding new lanes, modes, and service providers.
  • •Analyze and redesign transportation and distribution methods/network architecture, define executive dashboards, and lead cross-functional cost-reduction initiatives while owning the annual logistics budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs.
