Job Summary

Lead the IT procurement process by owning PO creation and tracking, managing contract renewals and net-new contracts, and partnering with Technology Services and Legal. Collect and analyze procurement data using MS SQL and Snowflake to produce reports, ensure budgets and cost efficiency, and resolve invoice discrepancies. Support areas not yet implemented in the procurement platform through ad-hoc execution and clear communication on PO status.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the IT procurement process, including supplier improvement via Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
•Negotiate and execute contract renewals and net-new contracts in collaboration with the Legal team.
•Collect, compile, and analyze procurement data and publish reports using MS SQL and Snowflake.
•Own end-to-end PO procurement execution: sending POs, confirming acknowledgements, expediting as needed, and confirming supplier payment.
•Communicate PO status and fulfill ad-hoc procurement requests outside the procurement system; maintain budgets and follow up on invoice discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field with 5+ years of experience OR 8+ years in Procurement or Accounting.
•Experience negotiating procurement contracts, including renewals and net-new contracts.
•Experience with Coupa or other ERP systems and/or dedicated e-procurement platforms.
•Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
•Ability to demonstrate accuracy, responsiveness, attention to detail, and multitasking across the procurement lifecycle.
