Manage commercial contracts and post-contract quantity surveying activities for major UK infrastructure programmes in an NEC environment. Support procurement through tender strategy, documents, and evaluations, then lead cost reporting, forecasting, change control, and interim payment assessments. Provide data-driven cost management insights to enable value-for-money decisions, support project teams with early warnings and compensation events, and contribute to transparent contractor management.
