Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the customer, from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs and participate in POCs with internal and customer teams.
•Listen to and understand the customer’s technical requirements and read between the lines to design superior solutions.
•Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in collaboration with the sales partner.
•Continuously expand knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions while understanding the competitive landscape and Fortinet’s protection capabilities.
•Position Fortinet solutions effectively (remotely or in person) using strong communication, whiteboarding, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Pre-sales engineer experience or equivalent in managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals, including POCs and RFPs/RFQs when required.
•Ability to listen and translate customer technical requirements into a superior solution.
•Strong communication skills to present via whiteboarding, technical papers, and customer discussions.
•Experience staying up-to-date with Fortinet products and competitive landscape to provide long-lasting protection.
•Ability to collaborate with sales partners and act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
