Principal Design Engineer

As Principal Design Engineer in Austin, you will lead advanced design initiatives and mentor engineers while driving end-to-end design processes for Cadence's semiconductor products. You’ll collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to translate requirements into robust architectures, oversee design reviews, optimize performance and reliability, and ensure manufacturability and quality from concept to release. In a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you'll champion design-for-test and yield improvement, and interact with customers and suppliers to align on specifications.
