Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations of the IIS Application Vulnerability Assessment team, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
  • •Oversee vulnerability assessments and architectural reviews of IIS-MCA applications to identify SPOFs and systemic risks.
  • •Ensure assessments align with business-criticality and regulatory requirements, and drive standardized assessment methodologies and tooling.
  • •Collaborate with product owners, practice leads, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders to understand application dependencies and risk exposure; communicate findings to senior leadership, regulators, and audit teams.
  • •Ensure compliance by aligning assessment and remediation activities to financial regulations, supporting audits with documentation/evidence, and maintaining audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience scheduling and performing risk assessments or IT audits across critical ITIL and resiliency domains, including incident/problem, change management, disaster recovery/resiliency, availability/capacity management, and infrastructure security.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • •Experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes in financial environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with ITIL tool such as ServiceNow and MS Office tools.
